Han h\u00e5ller tr\u00e4ningar i MMA p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagar och idag skulle det bli en del mark-lir, s\u00e5 d\u00e5 passade jag p\u00e5 att delta. Inte tr\u00e4nat alls sen i m\u00e5ndags pga. en massa tr\u00e5kiga matteprov och annat <em>&#8221;m\u00e5ste-g\u00f6ra&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0s\u00e5 det var sk\u00f6nt att f\u00e5 n\u00e5t gjort idag, \u00e4ven om tr\u00f6ttheten var ett faktum. Kunde inte ta mig till tjej-MMA\u2019n imorse heller, ett pass jag verkligen gillar. Det missar jag kommande tv\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagar ocks\u00e5 eftersom vi ska ut och resa, men sen s\u00e5! \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nVi gick igenom olika nedtagningar idag samt n\u00e5gra enklare grejer som t.ex.\u00a0<em>armbar<\/em>\u00a0och\u00a0<em>kimura<\/em>\u00a0fr\u00e5n\u00a0<em>guard<\/em>. Sambon tr\u00e4nar m\u00e5nga nyb\u00f6rjare, s\u00e5 d\u00e5 blir det r\u00e4tt mycket\u00a0<em>basic<\/em>. Men det \u00e4r bra det med!
