Under tr\u00e4ningarna har vi bla \u00f6vat p\u00e5 armbar fr\u00e5n mount, sprawla mm.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r en vecka sedan var det ju UFC Sweden och klart att \u00e4ven jag var p\u00e5 plats. Det var en grym gala och bra st\u00e4mning.
