Testing!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hej<\/p>\n<p>Det har varit n\u00e5gra omtumlande veckor. VM, Utflytt, inflytt, avslut och nystart. Nu b\u00f6rjar det \u00e4ntligen k\u00e4nnas som att f\u00f6tterna \u00e5terigen pekar ner\u00e5t och huvudet upp\u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p>Jag bor numera i Huskvarna strax utanf\u00f6r J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping. Nyligen hemflyttad tillbaka till Sm\u00e5land efter en tre\u00e5rig vistelse i Karlstad. Det \u00e4r sk\u00f6nt att vara hemma igen \u00e4ven om jag just nu befinner mig i ett litet vakuum som l\u00e5ngsamt b\u00f6rjar fyllas av nya vardagliga rutiner. Kontakter med gamla v\u00e4nner \u00e5terknyts, tr\u00e4ningsrutinerna b\u00f6rjar s\u00e4tta sig och man b\u00f6rjar hitta sina \u00e4godelar som legat nedpackat i om\u00e4rkta flyttl\u00e5dor lite f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge. Tiden i Karlstad har varit b\u00e5de slitsam och l\u00e4rorik. Jag har tr\u00e4ffat m\u00e5nga m\u00e4nniskor som kommer finnas med mig resten av livet\u00a0 men det \u00e4r det h\u00e4r som \u00e4r hemma och det \u00e4r s\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt att vara tillbaka. Jag ser fram emot en massa bra tr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 JJK Samurai\u00a0 f\u00f6r \u00e4r det n\u00e5nstans jag kan n\u00e5 mitt fulla potential s\u00e5 \u00e4r det nog p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r klubben.<\/p>\n<p>Bloggen kommer fr\u00e4mst handla om tr\u00e4ning och t\u00e4vling s\u00e5 klart. Jag \u00e4r en person som gillar planer och rutiner och det \u00e4r det jag kommer skriva om. Planera, genomf\u00f6ra, utv\u00e4rdera och f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra.
