Jag tog en paus fr\u00e5n allt det d\u00e4r och best\u00e4mde mig f\u00f6r att spontantr\u00e4na under n\u00e5gra veckor. H\u00e4nga p\u00e5 det som verkade kul och sluta m\u00e4ta, dokumentera och h\u00e5lla ordning p\u00e5 minuter, vikter och hastigheter. Resultatet blev \u00e4nd\u00e5 en hyfsad m\u00e4ngd tr\u00e4ningspass med b\u00e5de l\u00f6pning, styrketr\u00e4ning och BJJ. Tr\u00e4ningen blev ocks\u00e5 mycket mer social, avslappnad och kul men tyv\u00e4rr ganska ostrukturerad. \u00c4ven om det varit ganska trivsamt och egentligen n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt under de r\u00f6riga flyttveckorna s\u00e5 k\u00e4nner jag sen ett par veckor tillbaka att det varit dags att strama \u00e5t tyglarna igen. Jag \u00e4r en v\u00e4n av ordning och ser rutiner och f\u00f6ruts\u00e4gbarhet som vardagslyx s\u00e5 fr\u00e5n och med idag kliver jag in i periodiseringen igen och det k\u00e4nns of\u00f6rsk\u00e4mt bra.<\/p>\n<p>Idag var f\u00f6rsta gympasset enligt den nya planen och det gick som smort. Jag k\u00e4nde mig stark och supertaggad inf\u00f6r n\u00e4sta vecka d\u00e5 jag g\u00e5r in i en TUNG tr\u00e4ningsperiod.\u00a0 Faktum \u00e4r att jag k\u00e4nde mig s\u00e5 pigg och energisk att jag firade det med ett extrapass p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen.\u00a0 Det blev ett spontanbes\u00f6k p\u00e5 Sportlife city d\u00e4r de hade massa cool utrustning (bollar, boxar, rep, r\u00e4cken mm) som de inte har i Huskvarna d\u00e4r jag vanligtvis tr\u00e4nar. Rena lekplatsen f\u00f6r en tr\u00e4ningsn\u00f6rd som mig.
