Jag tog en l\u00f6ptur ist\u00e4llet och gjorde min rehabtr\u00e4ning. L\u00f6pturen gick till klubben fram och tillbaka d\u00e4r jag ocks\u00e5 passade p\u00e5 och smygbrottas lite med nyb\u00f6rjarna. Jag kom in i ett sk\u00f6nt flow med l\u00f6pningen och lyckades h\u00e5lla mig under 5 min\/km vilket f\u00f6r min tunga lufsande l\u00f6pstil \u00e4r riktigt bra. Det var f\u00f6rst i morse n\u00e4r jag kom till jobbet och s\u00e5g min kalender som jag \u00e5ngrade mitt beslut att st\u00e5 \u00f6ver BJJ-tr\u00e4ningen. Denna arbetsvecka inneh\u00e5ller v\u00e4ldigt mycket kv\u00e4llsarbete och inneb\u00e4r att jag missar b\u00e5de tisdag- och fredagspasset. Jag hoppas s\u00e5 klart att denna ofrivilliga vila leder till ett tillfrisknande i axeln men f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt s\u00e5 var det en riktigt dum miss i planeringen. Veckan f\u00e5r ist\u00e4llet best\u00e5 av intervall\u00f6pning och styrketr\u00e4ning. Jag har ocks\u00e5 lyckats smyga till mig lite lunchbrottning p\u00e5 torsdag s\u00e5 helt lottl\u00f6s g\u00e5r jag f\u00f6rhoppningsvis inte. P\u00e5 onsdag ska vi \u00e5ka till G\u00f6teborg. Min sambo har visst r\u00e5kat k\u00f6pa sig en gammal bil och kommer vara med p\u00e5 n\u00e5t bilprogram p\u00e5 Discovery s\u00e5 sm\u00e5ningom. Jag ska \u00e5ka ner med honom och f\u00f6rhoppningsvis hinna med lite tr\u00e4ning medan han spelar in. F\u00e5r se vad det blir f\u00f6r tr\u00e4ning men ett springskor tar ju ingen plats.<\/p>\n<p>Jag missade sist att skriva 3 positiva saker. Helgen har varit riktigt bra s\u00e5 det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att v\u00e4lja bara tre men h\u00e4r kommer det i alla fall: 1 m\u00e5lmedveten tr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 hela sparringl\u00e4gret, 2: Bra tid och k\u00e4nsla p\u00e5 l\u00f6pturen (sprang till och med om en cyklist i en backe), 3 Alpist Reklam- ett f\u00f6retag som hj\u00e4lpte mig trycka MM-sports-patchar helt gratis bara f\u00f6r att de tyckte att BJJ verkar sp\u00e4nnande.
