N\u00e4r jag kliver upp tidigare f\u00f6r att hinna med en springrunda innan jobbet \u00e4r det fortfarande m\u00f6rkt ute och det tar emot att kliva upp ur en varm s\u00e4ng f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 ut i regnet och springa. Jag \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt k\u00e4nslig f\u00f6r den m\u00f6rka tiden p\u00e5 \u00e5ret och blir mycket tr\u00f6ttare och mer orkesl\u00f6s. I \u00e5r kommer k\u00e4nslan extra tidigt, f\u00f6rmodligen p\u00e5 grund av den relativt regniga och dystra sommaren som vi haft. Jag har l\u00e4nge funderat p\u00e5 olika l\u00f6sningar och str\u00e4vat efter att \u00e5ka utomlands vintertid f\u00f6r att bli lite piggare. Det har dock varit sv\u00e5rt att genomf\u00f6ra n\u00e5gra vinterresor d\u00e5 det oftast krockat med t\u00e4vling, jobb och livet i \u00f6vrigt. N\u00e5got \u00e5r har till och med sn\u00f6stormar satt stopp f\u00f6r reseplanerna. \u00a0\u00c4ven i \u00e5r hoppas jag p\u00e5 en vinterresa men jag t\u00e4nker pr\u00f6va en betydligt smidigare strategi, n\u00e4mligen D-vitamintillskott. Ig\u00e5r var vi i G\u00f6teborg en sv\u00e4ng och tittade d\u00e5 in p\u00e5 MMsports butik p\u00e5 \u00d6vre Husargatan. Jag blev ifr\u00e5gasatt kring mitt D-vitaminink\u00f6p och s\u00e4ljaren menade att om man inte vet med sig att man har brist p\u00e5 just D-vitamin s\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver man i regel inget tillskott. Tydligen beh\u00f6ver man vistas ute i solen typ en dag per \u00e5r f\u00f6r att kroppen ska kunna producera tillr\u00e4ckligt mycket D-vitamin f\u00f6r att klara sig ett helt \u00e5r. Jag har inte unders\u00f6kt om jag lider brist p\u00e5 vitaminet men jag lider definitivt brist p\u00e5 energi s\u00e5 h\u00e4r \u00e5rs s\u00e5 jag antar f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande en arbetstes om att jag har brist p\u00e5 D-vitamin och provar mig fram. Ett \u00f6verskott av vitaminet verkar inte vara n\u00e5t bekymmer s\u00e5 jag k\u00f6r p\u00e5 i n\u00e5gra veckor och ser om det blir n\u00e5n skillnad. Lite irriterande att s\u00e4ljaren rubbade min s\u00e5 sj\u00e4lvklara bild av att en burk vitaminer skulle l\u00f6sa mitt problem men en eloge till honom som inte passade p\u00e5 att s\u00e4lja p\u00e5 mig en hel pall. Jag \u00e5terkommer om D-vitaminet. Sj\u00e4lvklart fick jag en sl\u00e4ng av shopoholism n\u00e4r jag v\u00e4l var p\u00e5 plats och k\u00f6pte p\u00e5 mig lite mera protein, tejp och annat sm\u00e5tt och gott. Misst\u00e4nker att MMsports \u00e4r som \u00a0tr\u00e4nande m\u00e4nniskors IKEA. Man ska bara in och k\u00f6pa ett duschdraperi ni vet men kommer ut med en bl.a. ny soffa, n\u00e5gra v\u00e4xter och ett \u00f6vertrasserat kreditkort. Tur att man har roligt under tiden i alla fall.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rutom turen till MM hann vi \u00e4ven med ett dop och ett tr\u00e4ningspass p\u00e5 Sportlife Almedal. Riktigt schysst gym med mycket hardcoreutrustning, en liten boxningsring och massa Crossfit-leksaker.<\/p>\n<p>Imorgon \u00e5ker jag p\u00e5 l\u00e4gerskola och blir borta i tre dagar. Det betyder ingen matta men bra f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r skogsl\u00f6pning.
