Det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att inte bli f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntansfull n\u00e4r man f\u00e5r paket \u00e4ven n\u00e4r man redan vet vad l\u00e5dan inneh\u00e5ller. Jag l\u00e4ste en bok om kosttillskott h\u00e4romdagen som gav mig n\u00e5gra aha-upplevelser och en ide om hur jag ska kunna f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra mitt n\u00e4ringsintag. Jag \u00e4r ganska \u00e5terh\u00e5llsam med kosttillskott\u00a0mest f\u00f6r att jag verkligen tror p\u00e5 att riktig mat \u00e4r den r\u00e4tta v\u00e4gen men jag f\u00f6rst\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 att det n\u00e4stan \u00e4r om\u00f6jligt att f\u00e5 i sig r\u00e4tt m\u00e4ngd\u00a0av r\u00e4tt saker om man inte l\u00e4gger till n\u00e5gra v\u00e4l valda tillskott d\u00e4rf\u00f6r har jag t\u00e4nkt om lite nu.<br \/>\nVarje \u00e5r f\u00e5r jag\u00a0k\u00e4mpa f\u00f6r att ta mig igenom h\u00f6sten och vintern. Jag p\u00e5verkas v\u00e4ldigt mycket av att det blir m\u00f6rkt, kallt och r\u00e5tt och upplever n\u00e4stan en personlighetsf\u00f6r\u00e4ndring under dessa m\u00e5nader. I \u00e5r har jag best\u00e4mt mig f\u00f6r att prova lite olika kosttillskott som s\u00e4gs \u00f6ka sk\u00e4rpan och minska nedst\u00e4mdhet som jag ofta upplever under \u00e5rets m\u00f6rkare perioder. Jag b\u00f6rjade ta D-vitamin f\u00f6r ett tag sen och har kanske inte upplevt n\u00e5gon j\u00e4tteskillnad \u00e4nnu. Handen p\u00e5 hj\u00e4rtat s\u00e5 skall jag v\u00e4l medge att jag oftare gl\u00f6mt \u00e4n tagit tillskottet s\u00e5 jag kan egentligen inte utv\u00e4rdera effekten \u00e4nnu. Jag ska forts\u00e4tta med mitt D-vitamin men jag ska ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4gga till rosenrot och bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 Omega-3. F\u00f6rhoppningen \u00e4r s\u00e5 klart att jag ska slippa vara s\u00e5 tr\u00f6tt och sur fram tills solen kommmer tillbaka i april. Jag \u00e5terkommer om effekt.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rutom ovanst\u00e5ende s\u00e5 har jag ocks\u00e5 best\u00e4mt mig f\u00f6r att bearbeta min r\u00e4dsla f\u00f6r kolhydrater. Mitt stora problem \u00e4r att f\u00e5 i mig br\u00e4nsle innan BJJ-passen. Passen ligger ofta direkt efter jobbet och f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 i mig riktig mat skulle jag beh\u00f6va \u00e4ta middag kl 15. Det k\u00e4ns inte riktigt bra. \u00c4ter jag f\u00f6r n\u00e4ra inp\u00e5 passet s\u00e5 blir det tungt att tr\u00e4na. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r kommer jag l\u00e4gga till ett tillskott av Vitargo tillsammans med min BCAA-XX. Kombinationen har fungerat bra p\u00e5 t\u00e4vling s\u00e5\u00a0nu l\u00e4gger jag till det p\u00e5 mina vanliga pass f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhoppningsvis\u00a0kunna \u00f6ka intensiteten inf\u00f6r\u00a0s\u00e4songens sista t\u00e4vling.\u00a0Jag kommer ocks\u00e5 prova CLA i samband med m\u00e5ltider f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhoppningsvis boosta fettf\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningen och \u00e4ntligen stabilisera min kroppsvikt en g\u00e5ng f\u00f6r alla.\u00a0\u00a0Enligt Paul\u00fans metastudie skall CLA vara ett grymt tillskott just f\u00f6r att optimera f\u00f6rbrukning av fettreserver. Dessutom har det anti-inflammatorisk och anti-oxidant verkan.
