De flesta kampsportare skulle inte ens reflektera \u00f6ver den lilla \u00f6vervikten d\u00e5 det l\u00e4tt justeras i bastu eller genom att dra in p\u00e5 f\u00f6da sista dagarna f\u00f6re t\u00e4vling. F\u00f6r oss som t\u00e4vlar i BJJ \u00e4r det dock lite annorlunda d\u00e5 v\u00e5ra inv\u00e4gningar sker precis innan match och man d\u00e4rf\u00f6r inte kan mixtra f\u00f6r mycket med vikten precis innan inv\u00e4gning f\u00f6r att sen fylla p\u00e5 med v\u00e4tska och energi innan match.\u00a0 D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det viktigt att vara ute i god tid och jag k\u00e4nner mig kanske n\u00e5got stressad \u00f6ver att vikten inte \u00e4r som det ska med s\u00e5 h\u00e4r kort tid kvar. Min plan har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r varit sen jag kom hem fr\u00e5n semestern att dra ner p\u00e5 kalorim\u00e4ngden och effektivisera de kalorier jag intar. Jag \u00e4ter inte enligt n\u00e5t speciellt schema d\u00e5 mina tr\u00e4ningstider ser v\u00e4ldigt olika ut fr\u00e5n dag till dag. Dessutom har jag en djupt rootad motvilja mot att\u00a0\u00e4ta enligt schema och\u00a0laga mat med k\u00f6ksv\u00e5g s\u00e5 jag h\u00f6ftar lite och g\u00e5r p\u00e5 k\u00e4nn. Min kost best\u00e5r i huvudsak av mager, proteinrik f\u00f6da samt skrymmande men energisn\u00e5la tillbeh\u00f6r. Dvs mycket gr\u00f6nsaker som tar plats i magen och ger en m\u00e4ttnadsk\u00e4nsla men ocks\u00e5 till stor del best\u00e5r av vatten och kalorisn\u00e5la n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen. Jag undviker\u00a0kolhydratt\u00e4t mat just nu och det har ett flertal f\u00f6rdelar. Dels k\u00e4nner jag att kroppen sl\u00e4ppt en del v\u00e4tska vilket g\u00f6r att jag k\u00e4nner mig l\u00e4ttare och\u00a0smidigare p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningen dels k\u00e4nns det som att jag inte blir hungrig lika ofta och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r klarar av att h\u00e5lla mig till sm\u00e5 portioner och undvika sm\u00e5\u00e4tande.<\/p>\n<p>Nackdelen med att sn\u00e5la p\u00e5 kolhydrater och g\u00e5 l\u00e5g p\u00e5 energi \u00e4r tyv\u00e4rr att jag blir klumpig och dum i huvudet och f\u00e5r passa mig lite extra noga f\u00f6r att undvika on\u00f6diga skador.\u00a0 F\u00f6r att gardera mig mot f\u00f6rkylningar m.m. tar jag tillskott av vitaminer och omega-3. \u00c4ven rosenroten kommmer v\u00e4l till anv\u00e4ndning nu n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r lite extra tr\u00f6g. Jag har \u00e4ven f\u00e5tt ett par nya kosttillskott fr\u00e5n MMsports (Ripped Caps och Meltingpoint) som i huvudsak inneh\u00e5ller koffein och termogena (temperaturh\u00f6jande) \u00f6rter s\u00e5som chili och gr\u00f6nt te extrakt.
