{"id":12946,"date":"2013-02-19T15:42:04","date_gmt":"2013-02-19T14:42:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grapplingbloggen.se\/?p=12946"},"modified":"2013-02-19T15:42:04","modified_gmt":"2013-02-19T14:42:04","slug":"konditionstraning-part-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grapplingbloggen.se\/?p=12946","title":{"rendered":"Konditionstr\u00e4ning &#8211; part 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Samtidigt som jag skrev mitt f\u00f6rra inl\u00e4gg b\u00f6rjade jag fundera p\u00e5 vad jag kan g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla ig\u00e5ng konditionstr\u00e4ningen nu n\u00e4r vintern \u00e4r som tyngst. \u00c4ven om jag idag har kommit s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt i min inst\u00e4llning till tr\u00e4ning att jag kan pl\u00e5ga mig igenom ett pass, hur tr\u00e5kigt det \u00e4n \u00e4r bara f\u00f6r att det st\u00e5r p\u00e5 schemat att det ska g\u00f6ras s\u00e5 vill jag \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte tvinga in mig sj\u00e4lv i monoton och tr\u00e5kig tr\u00e4ning om jag absolut inte \u00e4r tvungen. Jag har n\u00e5nstans en f\u00f6rest\u00e4llning om att tr\u00e4ning som \u00e4r skoj ocks\u00e5 ger b\u00e4ttre resultat. Om inte annat s\u00e5 skapar det ett sug efter mera och h\u00f6jer motivationen. F\u00f6r mig \u00e4r \u00e4nd\u00e5 motivation nyckeln till framg\u00e5ng \u00e4ven om det ibland \u00e4r bra att kunna luta sig p\u00e5 rutiner n\u00e4r motivationen sviktar.<br \/>\nS\u00e5 f\u00f6r att slippa avverka \u00e4nnu ett pass p\u00e5 l\u00f6pband valde jag idag ist\u00e4llet ett \u00e5teruppliva en gammal favorit, n\u00e4mligen spinning. F\u00f6r ca hundra \u00e5r sen, innan jag uppt\u00e4ckte BJJ tillbringade jag m\u00e5nga timmar varje vecka i spinningsalen, allt som oftast p\u00e5 ledarcykeln men ju mer BJJn tog upp min tid desto mindre tid blev det \u00f6ver f\u00f6r spinningen. F\u00f6r ca 4 \u00e5r sen la jag skorna p\u00e5 hyllan och har sen dess inte cyklat ett endaste tramptag inomhus. S\u00e5 det var en hel del f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar inf\u00f6r dagens pass. Till min stora f\u00f6rv\u00e5ning var allt sig likt. Tungt, svettigt och effektivt.
