Det \u00e4r mycket kv\u00e4llsarbete p\u00e5 jobbet sen n\u00e5gra veckor tillbaka och mycket av den s\u00e5 viktiga BJJ-tr\u00e4ningen f\u00f6rsvinner d\u00e5. Det suger rent ut sagt. Jag k\u00e4nner verkligen att jag vill vara p\u00e5 mattan nu n\u00e4r min hj\u00e4rna \u00e5terigen \u00e4r som en svamp och jag \u00e4r motivarad och \u00f6ppen f\u00f6r ny kunskap. Det d\u00e4r med att ta in nya saker g\u00e5r lite i v\u00e5gor. Ibland k\u00e4nner jag att jag bara inte klarar av att ta in eller fokusera p\u00e5 att \u00e4ndra n\u00e5got och d\u00e5 \u00e4r det bara det gamla vanliga trygga som g\u00e4ller. men nu k\u00e4nner jag mig nyfiken, ivrig och hungrig. Jag vill g\u00f6ra n\u00e5t nytt. Jag vill dessutom bli grym och briljera p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra av de nya sakerna som jag b\u00f6rjat l\u00e4ra mig men inte bem\u00e4strar till fullo och jag vill framf\u00f6r allt ha tid till det men det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 ihop livsuppslet just nu. Om n\u00e5gra veckor ljusnar det dock och d\u00e5 j\u00e4vlar ska vi jobba. Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker att inte stressa upp mig utan fokuserar p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra det jag kan. Jag k\u00f6r mycket f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningstr\u00e4ning och har intensifierat styrketr\u00e4ningen f\u00f6r att i alla l\u00e4gen h\u00f6ja f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningen. Det \u00e4r v\u00e4l ingen som har missat att jag ska g\u00e5 VM i -64? Jag har ca 6 kilo att g\u00f6ra av med innan slutet p\u00e5 maj. Jag har inte v\u00e4gt under 64 sen h\u00f6gstadiet f\u00f6rmodligen men jag \u00e4r fullt \u00f6vertygad om att det det kommer g\u00e5 bra. Jag har god hj\u00e4lp fr\u00e5n min dietist Elinor fr\u00e5n MM sports och resultaten kommer sakta men s\u00e4kert.<br \/>\nDe BJJ-pass jag hinner med just nu f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag h\u00e5lla full fokus och v\u00e4lja mina tr\u00e4ningskamrater mycket sj\u00e4lviskt. F\u00f6rdelen med det stressade schemat \u00e4r faktiskt att jag tar tillvara p\u00e5 varje pass och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker l\u00e4ra mig s\u00e5 mycket som m\u00f6jligt samt att jag hinner sm\u00e4lta kunskapen mellan passen.<br \/>\nOm knappt tv\u00e5 veckor \u00e4r det Danish Open. Jag ser mycket fram emot att f\u00e5 t\u00e4vla igen. Efter Danish blir det f\u00f6rmodligen ingen mer t\u00e4vling f\u00f6rr\u00e4n VM. Jar r\u00e4knar med att jag under den perioden verkligen ska n\u00f6rda in p\u00e5 BJJ och putsa bort massa ovanor samt full\u00e4ndra en hel del tekniker.
