Vecka 5 \u00e4r faktiskt f\u00f6rsta veckan som jag p\u00e5 riktigt k\u00e4nt av att jag \u00e4r p\u00e5 diet. Jag har varit tr\u00f6tt, hungrig och ganska sur en hel del av tiden. Jag skulle gissa att det h\u00e4r till stor del beror p\u00e5 att jag skruvat upp f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningstr\u00e4ningen nu. Jag \u00e4r ute och springer mycket och jag har \u00e4ven \u00e5terupptagit mina morgonpromenader. N\u00e5got som jag tycker \u00e4r obeskrivligt tr\u00e5kigt men jag orkar inte och ska inte springa varje dag och dessutom \u00e4r promenaderna ett bra s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 ig\u00e5ng den stela gamla kroppen p\u00e5 morgonen. P3s morgonpass \u00e4r helt klart en motivationsh\u00f6jare ocks\u00e5 s\u00e5 det g\u00e5r bra.<br \/>\nJag m\u00e4rker ocks\u00e5 av dieten p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt att jag inte riktigt orkar h\u00e5lla den h\u00f6ga intensiteten som jag vill h\u00e5lla igenom hela BJJ-passen. Hos oss \u00e4r BJJ-tr\u00e4ningen ganska s\u00e5 traditionellt uppbyggd med ca20 minuter uppv\u00e4rmning, 40 minuter teknik och 40-60 minuter sparrring. Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 alllt jag orkar i b\u00f6rjan och verkligen h\u00e5lla \u00e5ngan uppe de f\u00f6rsta bytena. N\u00e4r jag sen k\u00e4nner att jag inte orkar s\u00e5 kliver jag av mattan eller teknikrullar med n\u00e5gon som \u00e4r lite l\u00e4ttare. Jag tycker att det h\u00e4r s\u00e4ttet funkar bra f\u00f6r d\u00e5 l\u00e4r jag mig att jobba trots tr\u00f6ttheten ochh jag f\u00e5r ut s\u00e5 mycket det g\u00e5r av tr\u00e4ningen \u00e4ven om det blir n\u00e5got kortare pass.<br \/>\nVad g\u00e4ller sj\u00e4lva vikten s\u00e5 har v\u00e5gen tyv\u00e4rr st\u00e5tt still den h\u00e4r veckan. Jag m\u00e4rker dock att kroppen k\u00e4nns lite h\u00e5rdare och att kl\u00e4derna sitter lite l\u00f6sare. Jag vet sen tidigare att siffrorna ibland st\u00e5r still \u00e4ven om kroppen blir mindre. Det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att inte bli lite nojjig n\u00e4r man k\u00e4mpar och sliter och inte f\u00e5r omedelbar utdelning men jag har bra st\u00f6d fr\u00e5n min dietist som med j\u00e4mna mellanrum p\u00e5minner mig om att ta det lugnt och koppla av. P\u00e5 onsdag ska jag ta en vilodag och es om det f\u00e5r vikten att lossna lite. Ibland kr\u00e4vs det inte mer \u00e4n lite vila.<br \/>\nDen h\u00e4r veckan kommer vi \u00e4ven ta bort yttterligare 250 kcal fr\u00e5n kostschemat ooch d\u00e4rmed landar jag p\u00e5 ca 1700kcal.
