For tiden bor jeg i Oslo, der jeg jobber som personlig trener p\u00e5 Elixia CC Vest, og studerer siste \u00e5ret idrettsvitenskap p\u00e5 Norges Idrettsh\u00f8yskole med spesialisering i fysisk aktivitet og helse.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Jeg startet f\u00f8rst med selvforsvar da jeg var 8 \u00e5r (tradisjonell ju jitsu), men konkurranseinstinktet mitt tok overh\u00e5nd, og da jeg ble 16 \u00e5r, startet jeg med sport jujutsu i Kristiansand Ju Jitsu klubb\/Team Dynamix.<\/p>\n<p>Min f\u00f8rste konkurranse var Nordic jr cup 2004, der jeg tok en s\u00f8lvmedalje. Noen m\u00e5neder senere ble jeg tatt ut til det norske landslaget under Raik Tietze. Jeg var overlykkelig, og kjente at dr\u00f8mmen om et VM-gull kunne bli virkelig. Dette oppn\u00e5dde jeg i 2007; U21 VM. Sommeren 2007 mottok jeg mitt sorte belte i sport jujutsu av Ricard Carneborn og Ingemar Sk\u00f6ld.<\/p>\n<p>Milj\u00f8et for sport jujutsu i Norge ble mindre og mindre, og jeg kjente jeg ville ha mer utfordring. I 2006 startet jeg med judo for \u00e5 bedre mine kastferdigheter. Etter et halvt \u00e5r med mononukleose, dro jeg vinteren 2009 til Rio De Janeiro med verdensmester i sport jujutsu Linda Lindstr\u00f6m. Her ble jeg introdusert for BJJ, og har etter dette hatt fokus 100 % p\u00e5 BJJ.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg fikk mitt bl\u00e5belte av Marcelo Yogui under dynamix summer camp 2009. H\u00f8stterminen 2009 byttet jeg klubb til Frontline Academy under Eduardo Teta Rios. Frontline er en klubb med et vanvittig h\u00f8yt niv\u00e5 p\u00e5 b\u00e5de instrukt\u00f8rer (7 sortbelter!!!) og elever. Vi har ogs\u00e5 \u00e6ren av \u00e5 ha skandinavias eneste kvinnelige sortbelte, Devi Ahuja, som instrukt\u00f8r for jentepartiet.
