Magga g\u00e5r p\u00e5 skolen med et smil om munnen. I dag skal bli en fin dag. Hun skal ha 2 timer med praktisk trening p\u00e5 skolen, og i kveld skal hun trene BJJ igjen med verdens besteste frontline supergi&#8217;rls.<\/p>\n<p>Kari B\u00f8 \u00f8nsker oss velkommen til bekkenbunnstrening. F\u00f8rst g\u00e5r hun gjennom teori, for s\u00e5 at vi skal pr\u00f8ve ut \u00f8velsene i en gruppetime etterp\u00e5. Greit tenkte jeg; det blir sikkert ikke s\u00e5 slitsomt,\u00a0noe som passer\u00a0fr\u00f8ken svineinfluensa 2011 utmerket. Men guri s\u00e5 svett jeg ble. Om det var av kvinnfolket, positurene eller ordvalget hennes (jeg fornemmer at det kanskje var kombinasjonen) som gjorde utslaget er forel\u00f8pig\u00a0uvisst, men det var b\u00e5de et og annet\u00a0legeme\u00a0i gruppetimesalen som f\u00f8lte seg relativt hormonelle, fnisete og pubertale underveis&#8230; Det er sikkert.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;Til mitt forsvar, skal jeg\u00a0gjenskape situasjonen kortfattet:<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>20 elever skrevende p\u00e5 gulvet med 1 stk 50\u00e5r gammel l\u00e6rer som penetreres av et bord og hyler: \u00a0IIIIIIIIINN IIIIIINNN JAAAAAAAAA DYPERE, RASKERE!!!!!mens\u00a0hun opplyser oss om at det kan v\u00e6re greit \u00e5 bruke holde fast et h\u00e5ndkle med underlivet mellom bena (obviously er det lokalisert der), og p\u00e5peker viktigheten av at man ikke presser ut, men bare slipper &#8221;kj\u00f8ttet&#8221; ned igjen. &#8230;.+ en rekke andre gullkorn. &#8221;Det skal riste innvendig&#8221; feks.<\/p>\n<p>Ta en titt selv: (jeg anbefaler \u00e5 starte p\u00e5 2:17)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=cc0L5jsqPcE\">ENJOY<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ettervirkningene har v\u00e6rt heller rare. Om det er psykisk eller fysisk spiller igrunn ingen rolle, n\u00e5r de er det uansett. Jeg f\u00f8ler jeg har pressa p\u00e5 meg veer\/rier, og har hatt en god del andre b\u00e5de hormonelle og &#8230;.ja, interessante utsagn p\u00e5 treningen i dag. Sorry Ida. :-*<\/p>\n<p>Over til treningen! FY s\u00e5 deilig det var!!! Morten Josephson var vikar for Devi i dag. Han er en fantastisk flink trener, utrolig pedagogisk og generelt en superbra mann.\u00a0Han gjorde\u00a0meg oppmerksom p\u00e5 en helt grunnleggende feil jeg har i hipescapen, og i tillegg gikk vi inn p\u00e5 viktige detaljer n\u00e5r man drar guard.
