Sedan blev det fortsatt g\u00e5ng till Parken f\u00f6r lite Chins\/dip\/armh\u00e4vningar och drilling med Thais inf\u00f6r imorgon. Efter tr\u00e4ningen blev det streching och med tanke p\u00e5 att tjejen \u00e4r proffisionell dansare blir ju stretching v\u00e4rre \u00e4n trapptr\u00e4ningen, usch.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 t\u00e4vlingen gick det ganska bra f\u00f6r henne det blev en f\u00f6rlust i f\u00f6rsta matchen efter full tid och en j\u00e4mn f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngning. \u00c4ven Bronsmatchen blev en tuff saga och hon fick verkligen k\u00e4mpa till sig vinsten och vann p\u00e5 aktivitet och l\u00e5s f\u00f6rs\u00f6k.<br \/>\nJag \u00e4r verkligen stolt \u00f6ver henne med tanke p\u00e5 att hon knappt har tr\u00e4nat n\u00e5got alls!<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2M3KkfJ7KZs\">httpv:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2M3KkfJ7KZs<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nu \u00e4r det snart ny tr\u00e4ningsvecka och det kommer bli BJJ, Fys och Judo!
