Att \u00e4ta r\u00e4tt \u00e4r verkligen en konst, s\u00e4rskilt i kombination med tr\u00e4ning. Jag tycker att det \u00e4r j\u00e4ttesv\u00e5rt. Ena g\u00e5ngen bantar man inf\u00f6r t\u00e4vling (l\u00e4s halvt sv\u00e4lter sig) och n\u00e4sta f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker man att \u00e4ta mycket f\u00f6r att bygga upp och orka mer p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning. Balansen \u00e4r h\u00e5rfin f\u00f6r att hitta ett s\u00e4tt att ta in lika mycket energi som man f\u00f6rbrukar.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har dessutom sv\u00e5rt att \u00e4ta efter tr\u00e4ning. Det l\u00f6ser jag oftast med proteindryck. Men vad beh\u00f6ver jag egentligen f\u00e5 i mig efter tr\u00e4ning? Jag har l\u00e4st m\u00e5nga idrottskurser och alla l\u00e4rare s\u00e4ger olika. Vissa pratar om proteinets vikt f\u00f6r \u00e5terh\u00e4mtningen, medan andra diskuterar hurvida snabba kolhydrater ist\u00e4llet \u00e4r \u00f6nskv\u00e4rt d\u00e5 kroppen fortfarande arbetar och f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nner efter tr\u00e4ningen.<\/p>\n<p>Kanske \u00e4r m\u00e5let med energin det som avg\u00f6r vad jag ska \u00e4ta. Vill jag h\u00e5lla en s\u00e4rskild vikt, vill jag bygga muskler, \u00e4r jag r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r att vara hungrig eller \u00e4r jag kanske bara lite s\u00f6tsugen. Mitt m\u00e5l \u00e4r egentligen att g\u00e5 upp i vikt, d\u00e5 jag \u00f6nskar st\u00f6rre muskelmassa och effektivitet i tr\u00e4ningen. Dock s\u00e5 hamnar fokus samtidigt p\u00e5 att inte g\u00e5 upp i vikt av fel anledning. Det jag pratar om \u00e4r karakt\u00e4r. Vad man har f\u00f6r disciplin p\u00e5 sig sj\u00e4lv. Kan man tacka nej n\u00e4r det bjuds p\u00e5 godsaker? Kan man \u00e4ta lagom mycket mat fast det \u00e4r j\u00e4ttegott? Det handlar allts\u00e5 om balansen f\u00f6r vad man till\u00e5ter sig sj\u00e4lv. Oavs\u00e4tt om det handlar om reglerna f\u00f6r en viss diet eller bara ett \u00f6nskem\u00e5l att h\u00e5lla sig ifr\u00e5n tomma kalorier, s\u00e5 \u00e4r det alltid jag sj\u00e4lv som s\u00e4tter gr\u00e4nserna.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att man hamnar i ett t\u00e4nk om att kompensera. <em>&#8221; Jag kan \u00e4ta den h\u00e4r godisp\u00e5sen f\u00f6r jag tog i s\u00e5 bra p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningen att jag nu \u00e4r v\u00e4rd den&#8221;. &#8221; jag har \u00e4tit s\u00e5 mycket s\u00f6tsaker idag att jag borde h\u00e5lla igen lite, jag \u00e4ter ingen middag eller sn\u00e5lar lite p\u00e5 pastan, det \u00e4r ju \u00e4nd\u00e5 kolhydrater&#8230;&#8221; <\/em> N\u00e5gon som k\u00e4nner igen sig? Tr\u00e4nar du f\u00f6r att kunna \u00e4ta vad du vill, eller tr\u00e4nar du f\u00f6r att kunna prestera det du vill?<\/p>\n<p>I slut\u00e4ndan tror jag inte att det handlar om att \u00a0f\u00f6lja n\u00e5gra s\u00e4rskilda sorters dieter eller regler, utan att \u00e4ta det ens kropp m\u00e5r bra av. Jag \u00e4ter f\u00f6r att kunna prestera s\u00e5 bra som m\u00f6jligt p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning. Just nu tycker jag att det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att hinna f\u00e5 i mig allt jag beh\u00f6ver, och framf\u00f6rallt att stoppa i mig r\u00e4tt saker. Vilket g\u00f6r att jag m\u00e4rker att min tr\u00e4ning p\u00e5verkas..
