Fruktansv\u00e4rt kul b\u00e5da tv\u00e5. M\u00e4rkte ju senast att jag gasade p\u00e5 sparringen i m\u00e5ndags och f\u00f6rmodligen var det kostrelaterat d\u00e5 jag inte f\u00e5tt i mig n\u00e5got efter klockan 14 samma dag. S\u00e5 jag tog med en proteinshake med lite kolhydrater i som jag svepte innan tr\u00e4ningen, och resultatet i relation till i m\u00e5ndags var sl\u00e5ende.<\/p>\n<p>Vi k\u00f6rde den Frankie Edgar-inspirerade boxningstr\u00e4ningen redan i onsdags, det var mycket fokus p\u00e5 att ligga precis utanf\u00f6r slagdistans, g\u00e5 in och sl\u00e5 2or, 3or och 4or och sen ut igen. Mycket tempo och en bra grej f\u00f6r mig som har bra reach p\u00e5 armarna. Lyckades f\u00e5 p\u00e5 bra hyfsat med slag. Vi k\u00f6rde ocks\u00e5 mycket raka slag, tighta till uppercutsen och krokarna. K\u00e4ndes helt okej. Har f\u00e5tt instruktioner fr\u00e5n coachen att arbeta mycket med dom raka slagen, i o m reachen och att jag tenderar att sl\u00e5 ganska h\u00e5rt s\u00e5 \u00e4r dom effektiva n\u00e4r dom connectar.<\/p>\n<p>Vi k\u00f6rde lite fys innan sparringen, 2&#215;5 minuters h\u00e4ckhopp och p\u00e5 f\u00f6rsta femman s\u00e5 togs man ut en minut d\u00e4r man fick sparras i boxning med fokus p\u00e5 r\u00f6relse och sen in och hoppa igen. Under andra femman fick man g\u00e5 och k\u00f6ra ground n pound p\u00e5 s\u00e4ck med fokus p\u00e5 mycket r\u00f6relse.<\/p>\n<p>Efter detta blev det sparring f\u00f6rst med boxning med fokus p\u00e5 att st\u00e5 p\u00e5 samma position f\u00f6r att simulera slutet p\u00e5 matchen och inte stanna upp n\u00e4r slagen haglar utan arbeta med huvudr\u00f6relsen och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka hitta \u00f6verl\u00e4ge i slagutv\u00e4xlingen, gick bra, kan ta sm\u00e4llar och dela ut dom utan att komma ur balans i samma veva.<\/p>\n<p>Detta f\u00f6ljdes upp med en femminutare med full MMA-sparring. k\u00f6rde f\u00f6rst 2,5 med coach d\u00e4r jag fick arbeta mycket med boxningen och f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte utnyttja scramblesituationerna bra f\u00f6r att st\u00e4lla mig upp fort. Fick massa tips, har en tendens att hamna med kroppsvikten f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngt fram i vissa specifika situationer i clinchen vilket g\u00f6r mig l\u00e4tt att ta ner. M\u00f6tte en fristilsbrottare andra 2,5 som sl\u00e4ngde runt mig som en vante, fy fan vad explosiva dessa brottare \u00e4r! Helt insane! Lyckades dock parera hyfsat med boxningen och utnyttja reachen, men blev till slut \u00e4nd\u00e5 nedtagen och d\u00e4r f\u00e5r man nog s\u00e4ga att jag hade nytta av min BJJ gentemot brottaren n\u00e4r jag l\u00e5g i botten och lyckades till slut svepa och ta top-position med mounten d\u00e4r jag fick p\u00e5 ett bra jobb med min ground n pound. Beh\u00f6ver dock arbeta mer p\u00e5 att flytta kroppen h\u00f6gre upp p\u00e5 motst\u00e5ndaren n\u00e4r jag GnPar och han defendar ansiktet och inte hindrar mig fr\u00e5n att flytta upp mig, detta f\u00f6r att undvika att komma ur balans och bli svept med bryggningarna.<\/p>\n<p>BJJ-pass ig\u00e5r d\u00e5, vi k\u00f6rde mycket sparring och ocks\u00e5 en forts\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 passeringsschemat vi k\u00f6rt den h\u00e4r terminen. Det var en delahivaliknande situation med ena kn\u00e4t mot magen skrevet, basa ut med andra benet och d\u00e4refter ha stabilt grepp om lapellen. Man byter lapellen strax d\u00e4refter samtidigt som man kneeslidar ut och flyttar upp handen i lappellen och sedan g\u00e5r p\u00e5 cross-choken, som om den inte sitter \u00f6ppnar upp f\u00f6r att passeringen ska fungera.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 sparringen sen lyckades jag bra med mina svep fr\u00e5n djup halvguard som jag b\u00f6rjat k\u00f6ra mycket, och jag lyckades \u00e4ven f\u00e5 in bra backtakes fr\u00e5n guarden och \u00e4ven anv\u00e4nda crosschoken f\u00f6r att hitta triangelchoken fr\u00e5n guard. V\u00e4ldigt inspirerande hur man anv\u00e4nder en choke f\u00f6r undanman\u00f6ver f\u00f6r att s\u00e4tta en annan. Attack \u00e4r b\u00e4sta f\u00f6rsvar helt enkelt \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Idag \u00e4r det 25 \u00e5rs kalas f\u00f6r min k\u00e4ra systeryster, s\u00e5 jag f\u00e5r passa p\u00e5 att sl\u00e4nga ut ett stort GRATTIS till henne h\u00e4r p\u00e5 bloggen.<\/p>\n<p>Har \u00e4ven k\u00f6pt ett par nya Vale Tudo shorts fr\u00e5n Kenka som ska invigas p\u00e5 nogi-passet p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdag.
