Jag har redan inte h\u00e5llit mitt l\u00f6fte i tio dagar, om att kolla p\u00e5 nyheterna varje dag som jag avgivit f\u00f6r sjuttioelfte g\u00e5ngen i rad. Eller, jag har inte h\u00e5llit det i nio dagar f\u00f6r ig\u00e5r kollade jag faktiskt. Men jag fick lite avsmak n\u00e4r det var reklam (!) mitt i TV4-nyheterna. Jag. Hatar. Reklam. D\u00e4rmed n\u00e4r jag kollar p\u00e5 tv, kollar jag typ aldrig p\u00e5 tv, jag kollar p\u00e5 datorn som \u00e4r kopplad till tv:n. D\u00e4r kan man kolla p\u00e5 filmer och serier, f\u00f6rst\u00e5r ni, samtidigt som man d\u00e4rmed slipper j\u00e4vla reklamen som f\u00f6rst\u00f6r filmen som man njuter av. Eller nyheterna f\u00f6r den delen med. F\u00e5r nog g\u00e5 \u00f6ver till SVT:s nyheter. F\u00f6r det \u00e4r skandal att man inte kollar p\u00e5 nyheterna. Faktiskt. East FM:s lokalnyheter om killar som lagt ut en luftgitarr p\u00e5 Blocket etc, doesn&#8217;t quite cut it&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Annars d\u00e5? Jo, jag m\u00e4rkte att jag har f\u00e5tt en begynnelse till ett &#8221;\u00e4gg&#8221; p\u00e5 magen. Jag har blivit tjock med andra ord. Kanske f\u00f6r att jag inte tr\u00e4nat och kanske f\u00f6r att jag \u00e4ter efterr\u00e4tt varje dag. Ibland flera g\u00e5nger om dagen. Senast f\u00f6rra helgen kom jag hem med tv\u00e5 semlor och en Marabou chokladkaka. 200 gram, of course. Pasha fr\u00e5gade mig om det var &#8221;Fuck the world!&#8221; den dagen&#8230; Jag k\u00e4nner lite att man kan ju inte bli tjockis s\u00e5h\u00e4r n\u00e4r man bara \u00e4r 23 \u00e5r och har vunnit titlar och grejer, s\u00e5 ig\u00e5r var jag nere p\u00e5 KC och rullade lite med Pasha samt k\u00f6rde lite complex. Jag drog ut Pasha f\u00f6rresten! Och det var ingen okej-du-\u00e4r-svagare-\u00e4n-jag-s\u00e5-du-f\u00e5r-den-submission, utan det var en liten lurig armbar fr\u00e5n typ omo plata-ing\u00e5ng. Vet p\u00e5 ett ungef\u00e4r hur jag gjorde, men n\u00e4r jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte mig p\u00e5 att \u00e5terskapa det gick det inget vidare. Hur som s\u00e5 \u00e4r det utdragningen som r\u00e4knas (att Pasha drog ut mig typ fem-sex g\u00e5nger, det h\u00f6r inte till historien och \u00e4r d\u00e4rmed inte intressant).<\/p>\n<p>I alla fall, s\u00e5 motstod jag frestelsen att k\u00f6pa efterr\u00e4tt ig\u00e5r. Jag k\u00f6pte klementiner (eller om det nu var satsumas eller kanske mandariner-har inte en susning om skillnaderna) och bananer. Idag fick jag en f\u00f6rsenad julklapp av Academicwork p\u00e5 jobbet med; en ask med s\u00e5nad\u00e4r dyra praliner. Jag har inte ens smakat. Jag gjorde fruktsallad med keso ist\u00e4llet. Efter att jag k\u00f6rt tio thabataintervaller p\u00e5 KC.<\/p>\n<p>Den framtida planen \u00e4r allts\u00e5 att vara nyttig s\u00f6ndag-torsdag, och sedan \u00e4ta vad jag vill fredag-l\u00f6rdag.<\/p>\n<p>Jag kan inte l\u00e5ta bli att t\u00e4nka tillbaka p\u00e5 n\u00e4r jag bodde hemma. D\u00e5 \u00e5t jag typ aldrig godis under veckorna (mamma h\u00f6ll koll \u00e4ven efter att man fyllt tretton&#8230;). Sen gick jag ju upp typ tio kilo n\u00e4r jag flyttade hemifr\u00e5n. Det var lite som: Woho! Jag har egna pengar som jag kan g\u00f6ra vad jag vill med! Godis hela veckan-ja!<\/p>\n<p>Helt \u00e4rligt, jag minns n\u00e4r jag skulle s\u00e4tta p\u00e5 mig ett par skitsnygga jeans. De var svarta och bl\u00e4nkte liksom lite och hade noll stretch. Tiger var m\u00e4rket och de var ju inte precis gratis. I alla fall, jag hade inte haft p\u00e5 mig dem p\u00e5 ett tag, och n\u00e4r jag nu f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte ta p\u00e5 mig dem s\u00e5 var det en kamp. Efter att ha kr\u00e4lat p\u00e5 golvet i x antal minuter, och efter att mina fingrar b\u00f6rjade f\u00e5 kramp, fick jag \u00e4ntligen igen knappen. Nu var det bara gylfen som skulle dras upp, piece of cake! RITCH! l\u00e4t det, och mina fina jeans hade g\u00e5tt s\u00f6nder l\u00e4ngs med gylfen. Allts\u00e5 inte sj\u00e4lva gylfen, utan tyget bredvid. Jag har nog aldrig k\u00e4nt mig s\u00e5 tjock som d\u00e5. Jag gjorde det enda produktiva: ringde mamma (som befann sig i Bryssel) och gr\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Tror v\u00e5gen l\u00e5g uppemot en 69 kg d\u00e5, inte riktigt, men n\u00e4stan. Och \u00e4ven om alla extrakilon la sig r\u00e4tt j\u00e4mt, s\u00e5 det s\u00e5g nog inte s\u00e5 illa ut, s\u00e5 vill jag absolut inte hamna d\u00e4r igen. Jag vet att jag brukar f\u00f6respr\u00e5ka att \u00e4ta vad man vill n\u00e4r man tr\u00e4nar, men det \u00e4r just den d\u00e4r detaljen; N\u00c4R MAN TR\u00c4NAR.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5 \u00e4r det nog inte s\u00e5 nyttigt att \u00e4ta massa skr\u00e4p hela tiden, \u00e4ven om man inte blir tjock.
