Jag var tvungen att skippa f\u00f6rmiddags tr\u00e4ningen idag f\u00f6r att fixa el-adaptern.<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e4ningen h\u00e4r \u00e4r riktigt bra. Det \u00e4r minst 2 svartb\u00e4lten p\u00e5 varje tr\u00e4ning som verkligen vill hj\u00e4lpa en med teknikerna. Fokus dom h\u00e4r dagarna har varit att bryta guard och passera den. Fick l\u00e4ra mig en riktigt bra passering idag som jag aldrig sett f\u00f6rut. Antalet tr\u00e4nande p\u00e5 passen varierar men vi \u00e4r betydligt m\u00e5nga fler \u00e4n hemma. F\u00e5r ordentligt med stryk av samtliga.<\/p>\n<p>Braulio har sj\u00e4lv inte h\u00e5llit i n\u00e5got pass \u00e4nnu, men det kommer v\u00e4l hoppas jag.
