P\u00e5 m\u00e5ndagar k\u00f6r vi mycket markspel och p\u00e5 onsdagar st\u00e5r vi upp, och finslipar teknikerna vi g\u00e5tt igenom och f\u00e5r in dom i ryggraderna. Idag var det allts\u00e5 marken som var p\u00e5 schemat.<\/p>\n<p>Vi inledde med sedvanlig uppv\u00e4rmning som f\u00f6ljdes upp av uppv\u00e4rmningsdrillar d\u00e4r man r\u00e4kar n\u00e4r motst\u00e5ndaren st\u00e5r mot en, n\u00e4r motst\u00e5ndaren st\u00e5r \u00f6ver en och n\u00e4r motst\u00e5ndaren mountar. D\u00e4refter gick vi p\u00e5 en takedown-drill. Den bygger kort och gott p\u00e5 att man st\u00e5r och boxas och \u00f6verdramatiserar ett niv\u00e5byte s\u00e5 att motst\u00e5ndaren ska tro att man ska skjuta och f\u00f6ljer med ner i niv\u00e5skiftningen, d\u00e4refter drar man en h\u00e5rd uppercut mot ansiktet som ska ge motst\u00e5ndaren effekten att st\u00e4lla sig mer rakl\u00e5ng, d\u00e4refter skjuter man p\u00e5 double-leg st\u00e5ende, allts\u00e5 du g\u00e5r inte ner p\u00e5 ena kn\u00e4t i skjutet. Sen passerar du i nedtagningen s\u00e5 du landar i sidemount. Vi drillade den bra och det k\u00e4ndes att set-upen och motst\u00e5ndarens reaktion kommer naturligt, dels att motst\u00e5ndaren f\u00f6rsvarar fejk-skjutet och att man blir lite paff av uppercutten. K\u00e4nns som att tekniken kommer fungera i fullsparring l\u00e4ngre fram :).<\/p>\n<p>Efter det var det 5 minuters fys, sprawls, l\u00f6pa fram och explosivt lyfta motst\u00e5ndaren och sen den andras tur i 1 minut, sen var det &#8221;kullen&#8221; som inneb\u00e4r att man st\u00e5r och jobbar p\u00e5 plats med hela kroppen (springer p\u00e5 plats) och sen sprawlar p\u00e5 kommando, likt de amerikanska ton\u00e5rsfilmerna om fooootbaaaaaalll. Och s\u00e5 bytte vi av tills 5 minuter g\u00e5tt. Intensivt och fint. Sen bj\u00f6ds det p\u00e5 sparring fr\u00e5n backen d\u00e4r den ena b\u00f6rjar p\u00e5 rygg och den andra f\u00e5r v\u00e4lja att b\u00f6rja i guard eller st\u00e5ende och inte submissions f\u00f6rsta 2 ronderna utan bara positionsbrottning och slag. Lyckades bra med svepen som jag la mycket fokus p\u00e5 idag och vara jobbig n\u00e4r jag v\u00e4l kom till top. F\u00f6rs\u00f6kte \u00e4ven k\u00f6ra v\u00e4ldigt tekniska passeringar fr\u00e5n halvguard och guard och jag lyckades \u00e4ven f\u00f6rsvara omoplata-svepet fr\u00e5n rubberguard v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4nge och bra. Det m\u00e4rks verkligen att man har en enorm f\u00f6rdel i att man k\u00f6rt mycket BJJ n\u00e4r det kommer till markspelet i MMA. I synnerhet eftersom det tighta i grapplingen f\u00f6rsvinner n\u00e4r man hela tiden letar slagm\u00f6jligheter vilket ger upphov till m\u00e5nga situationer f\u00f6r l\u00e5s och svep. Sista ronden var med submissions och jag gick direkt p\u00e5 benl\u00e5s vilket resulterade i att jag fick top-position och kunde arbeta mig med att etablera den och passera.
