Idag kom min k\u00e4ra v\u00e4n Andreas Mark och tittade f\u00f6rbi i den nya l\u00e4genheten! Han fick smaka p\u00e5 min kalebass, men han gillade det inte;) Fr\u00e5n en supertr\u00e5ng 1:a till en 3:a grapplers deluxe.<\/p>\n

\nH\u00e4r tittas det in fr\u00e5n hallen till vardagsrummet som nu mera \u00e4r 35% dojo!<\/p>\n

Det b\u00e4sta \u00e4r att jag och min v\u00e4n samt BJJ tr\u00e4nare Paulo Sandsten i princip bor grannar, vilket inneb\u00e4r en hel del drilling! Detta underl\u00e4ttar att f\u00e5 in drilling timmarna under veckan, till och med sen n\u00e4r bebisen kommer om ca 15 dagar!<\/p>\n

Tr\u00e4ningsm\u00e4ssigt b\u00f6rjar det flyta p\u00e5, jag blir allt b\u00e4ttre i kn\u00e4t och har ca 1 vecka nu sparrats 100% vilket \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt sk\u00f6nt. Jag \u00e4r fett \u00f6verviktig fortfarande p\u00e5 dryga 90kg s\u00e5 jag har en del att br\u00e4nna bort innan passeringarna k\u00e4nns smidiga igen.<\/p>\n

Dagens tr\u00e4ningar bestod av ett BJJ pass al\u00e1 Paulo, riktigt givande och bra! Sedan h\u00f6ll vi \u00e4ven ett SW pass tillsammans innan vi gick ut fr\u00e5n klubben och m\u00f6ttes av detta.
