Grappling Weekly fanns på plats och har skrivit följande på sin Facebooksida:

*FIVE Grappling brought these people together, to gather information so that they could run a new tournament series, using the opinions and information of all in attendance which included: Andre Galvao, Gui Mendes, Xande Ribeiro, Rafael Lovato Jr, Alberto Crane, Henry Akins, Shawn Williams, MacKenzie Dern, Tanquinho, Rodrigo Comprido and more

*The FIVE people are planning on holding tournaments throughout North America and look for 2014 to have a National Championships, which

*During the meeting there was a large discussion based on RULES, the Current BJJ POINT SYSTEM, and how to make the tournament experience better for everyone. This was interesting to hear different opinions from such world champs and industry leaders.

*The FIVE group will be attempting to work with those in attendance to host seminars, and superfights as well as tons of unique things for the competitors at each tournament

*There was no real arguing between competitors but a TON of info and explanations as to why rules have been made and theories on how to make things more exciting for the outside spectators, which was really what FIVE wants to try and do. From my understanding, the goal of the FIVE crew is to try to make the sport more exciting so that outside sponsors will take interest etc…
