How has your last grappling year been?
My last grappling year has been great. I have won several competitions including the Swedish Championship, ADCC European Championship and I was second in FILA European Championship. I have been training a lot with my coach Anders Ohlsson, mostly on the takedown part.

You are in Brazil preparing for ADCC 2011, how are things going and where do you train?
I have been in Rio training at the Alliance Academy for almost four weeks now. The people here are very good and you do not get anything for free when you are sparring. Frustrating, but in the end it is a good thing. There are not very many girls training here at the Academy, which is a shame.

What do you think about competitors list so far?
The competitors list looks great, both in my weight category and overall. I am so excited to meet some of the greatest grapplers in the world.

Any grappler you are looking forward to see fight?
To be honest, I do not know much about any particular grappler, but I am really looking forward to see all the girls fight, to see if I am as good as they are or not.

Your favorite submission?
Hrm, a difficult question… I have several submissons that I think works well and that I frequently use; kimura, triangle, armbar… But if I have to choose one it has to be RNC. I love when you get the back of your opponent, and then slide your arm under their chin, your coach yells that she is in pain, and you start to tighten your arms… Love it! Haha
